Brussels: Demanding United Nations to send its fact finding mission to investigate war crimes committed against Kashmiris by Indian troops in Held Kashmir Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that the highest body (United Nations) must take serious notice of grave human rights violations, massacres of women and children and the use of deadly weapons by Indian occupation forces in the UN disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The AJK premier made these assertions while talking to European Parliamentarians here on Monday. Head of subcommittee Human Rights committee in European Parliament Mr. Pinzaari, Member of civil rights committee European Parliament Mr. Faytewor, Head of Human Rights without Border in Belgium and member Brussels Parliament Mr. Danyel Crown. Member European parliament Mr. Simmon, Member civil rights committee European Parliament Mrs. Anna Goonz , Members European Parliament Miss Julie, Wajid Khan, Sajjad Haider Karim, Ex- Member European Parliament Mr. Hilton and others were present in the occasion. Speaking on the occasion the PM said that thousands of anonymous graves in occupied Kashmir have proved that Indian occupied forces are involved in massacre in occupied Kashmir, which he said should be investigated on international level.

Prime Minister said that the Indian occupied forces have started targeting civilians, women and children on both side of Line of Control. “During this year, Indian occupied forces attacked hundreds of times on Line of Control violating the ceasefire agreement. As a result, 38 people, most women and children were killed, 227 people were injured during the year, 46 homes were destroyed”, the PM said adding that targeting innocent civilians including women and children tantamount to war crimes.

While talking to the delegation of European Parliament, PM AJK reiterated that it is the responsibility of United Nations and the global community that they should play their role in the recovery of disappeared people in occupied Kashmir and influence government of India to stop bloodbath of unarmed civilians in the troubled region.

PM AJK exhorted that European Parliament should send a Fact Finding Mission to review the human rights situation in occupied Kashmir. “India is trying to hide the human rights violations from global organization and to cover her crimes committed in occupied Kashmir. India has deployed 7 lacs troops in occupied Kashmir and has converted occupied Kashmir into a military garrison.” the Prime Minister added.
