Sibbi: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted bail to Ghazain Marri son of Nawab Khair Baksh Marri in levies Station bomb blast case.
ATC judge Muhammad Rafique took up the case for hearing on Friday.
The judge has granted bail to former Balochistan home minister in Levies station bomb blast case in June 28, 2004.
The Counsel of Ghazain said that court has ordered his client to submit surety bonds of Rs 4, 00,000.
Ghazain Marri was arrested from Quetta Airport just after his arrival in Pakistan after self-exile of 15 years in UAE and he was given into Levies custody on September 23 for physical remand of five days in bomb blast case.
On September 25 a District and Session Court had approved his interim bail in Justice Nawaz Marri murder case and directed him to submit surety bonds of Rs 10, 00,000.
It is vital to mention here that Levies had taken Ghazain physical remand in bomb blast case at Levies station on June 28, 2004 in district Kohlu while he was also nominated in Justice Nawaz Marri case in which Nawaz Marri was killed on January 7, 2000 in Quetta.
