Islamabad : Finance Minster (FM) Ishaq Dar has challenged Supreme Court’s (SC) July, 28 verdict.
He has filed review petition against Panama case decision praying the court to set aside the verdict besides dismissing the petitions. His review petition was filed by Advocate Tariq Hasan.
It has been said in the review petition that there are lacunas in apex court verdict and the court has not examined the complete record.
The petitioner requested the court to review and set aside the decision.
