Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir, Syed Ali Gilani has appealed to the people for their donations for the party.
Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Tehreek-e-Hurriyat has always pursued a noble mission of helping unprivileged. Appealing for charitable donations in the month of Ramazan, he said this is the month of patience, tolerance and sympathy and the Muslims all over the world donate generously for their downtrodden brethren.
Syed Ali Gilani said Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir is on the forefront of the freedom struggle of Kashmir. The organization, he said, is active on other social fronts like running blood bank and helping people in times of disaster and natural calamity.
He appealed to the people to donate generously their Zakat, Sadaqat and other donations for the help of those whose earnings have greatly been affected by the current wave of oppression.
Meanwhile, Syed Ali Gilani in a separate statement condemned terrorist attacks in Iran and expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious human lives.
