Mirpur (AJK): The Guidance House School and College System Administration has refused to take notice of the show cause notice, which was served to the school administration by the commissioner income tax in connection with the audit opening of last four years.

Sources told the daily parliament times that the school administration had not paid any attention to the notices issued by the commissioner income tax for the audit opening of last four years. Earlier, the Commissioner Income tax has order the AC Income tax to open the audit after completing legal formalities.

After completing legal formalities the AC income tax has issued notice to the school administration asking them about the record of expenses of last four years, wealth statement, bank statements, personal expense details, all the school building details, record of rent or ownership papers, details of school staff, salaries and how salaries is paid details, details of every student with the record of their tuition and admission fees, school tours, sports activities, social activities and other details.

The AC income tax has also demanded details of tax returns submitted according to the income tax ordinance section 147,149,153,155 and copy of passport. The Guidance House School and College administration has received the notices of AC income tax Ali Asghar Bukhari and according to the law expert the administration of Guidance House School and College system is now bound to answer the notice and all the details demanded by the income tax office.

Otherwise, Guidance House School and College System can face heavy amount of plenty and heavy amount of tax could be imposed on them in case the administration fails to submit its audit report. According to law the school administration is bound to provide the details to the income tax office if demanded.
