Islamabad: (Parliament Times) A body stuffed in gunny-bag has been found in a jungle located within the Sabzi Mandi Police jurisdiction.
A passerby spotted the body and informed police about the issue.
The police reached the area and shifted the body to PIMS for medico-legal formalities.
Police sources said that deceased was tortured, later was strangled to death. The identity of the victim could not be ascertained immediately. The deceased was 25 or 26 years old.
The police have registered a case and started investigation.
