MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) Various government employees’ organizations have widely hailed the decision of Employees Unity Panel to nominate Mr. Mubashar Naqvi as District Secretary Press and Information in upcoming All Pakistan Clerk Association (APCA) elections.
According to details, employees belonging to different IT and technical cadres’ organizations have expressed their deep satisfaction over the decision of the panel and resolved to extend their full support to it in upcoming elections.
In a joint statement Muhammad Arif Awan, Hasrat Ali Naqvi, Kabir Iqbal Abbasi, Javed Ahmed Lone, Muhammad Naveed Ismail, Bilal Rabbani, Zeeshan Jagwal, Raja Amjid Hussain, Chaudhary Zaheer, Tufail Hussain, Wajid Gillani, Nasir Mirza and others said that employees have pinned high expectations with Mr. Mubashar Naqvi and hoped that he would raise strong voice for the up-gradations of missing cadres and the rights of government employees.
They also shared educational and professional profile of Mr. Mubashar Naqvi with media according to which he is having wide-ranged expertise in accountancy, financial management, both print and electronic media, management information system, organizational development, research and advocacy and social entrepreneurship development.
He remained engaged with some leading social and development sector’s national and international organizations in different capacities for over eight years where he got tremendous opportunities to learn and practice various modern concepts of development during interaction with national, international development and humanitarian organizations that poured in the region after the earthquake 2005.
Later, he joined media and helped launch first fortnightly English magazine and English Daily Newspaper from the capital city Muzaffarabad to highlight critical socio-economic problems of the area and to sensitize the policy makers and people on the helm of affairs. He also worked with Radio-Pakistan as Resource Person (News) and independently managed News Unit of the station.
As for as his governmental career is concerned, he worked in AJK Finance Secretariat, Law Justice, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Department, Board of Revenue and currently serving in Health Department.
