Srinagar : In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik has strongly condemned the slapping of yet another draconian Public Safety Act on a Srinagar youth Ashiq Hussein who is languishing in Kotbhalwal jail in Jammu for the past many years.
Ashiq Hussain has been served 5th PSA, today, at Kotbhalwal jail in the last one year. Two other youth of the same area, Faisal Aslam Khan and Zahoor Ahmad Khan, are also languishing in jail for a long time.
The JKLF chairman said that black law PSA had been invoked to prolong the detention of these youth, which he termed state sponsored terrorism. He said that thousands of youth are in jails and so-called rulers are prolonging their detention by using the illegal black law.
