Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) An art, culture and science exhibition was organized by Government Girls Secondary School Rajpian, Muzaffarabad here on the other day. In the exhibition the students presented a variety of innovative models reflecting the art, culture and traditions of the area, which were appreciated by one and all.

Addressing a gathering at the exhibition the guests including Director Schools, Naz Perveen, former Director, Nighat Mubasir, Former Director, Khalida Gillani, Assistant Director Schools, Ghazala Akhtar, Deputy Director DCRD, Assistant Director and others appreciated the talent of the students and praised them for their laborious work. In the exhibition dozens of projects included science projects were presented.

The children of the school also highlighted various aspects of Kashmiri life and the great tragedy of Army Public School Peshawar through songs, skirts and tableaus and  won great compliments from the guests and the students.

Speaking on the occasion, DPI, Naz Perveen and others guests speakers emphasized that education is the most important step in a person’s life, because children never forget what they learn through the educational process. According to them, students enjoyed the experience greatly. The guests and principal of the school, Fauzia Sadiq, congratulated the student for excellently presenting their thoughts and ideas and bringing glory not only to the school but also to entire Rajpian community.

The speakers urged the all the stakeholders including students, parents or families, administrators and staff their role a successful school improvement through effective teamwork. In the end the guests awarded shields and certificates to the participants. The senior teacher of the school Ms Nosheen Hamid played a pivotal role in organizing the exhibition, a kind of extra-curricular activity held for the first time in the school.
