Muzaffarabad:Â The AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has effectively highlighted Kashmir issue at national and international level and paid 23 visits to AJK after assuming office of Prime Minister.
Talking to various public delegations in Muzaffarabad today he said Kashmir issue was center of attention of the world because of successful foreign policy and strategy of the Prime Minister. He said offer of mediation on Kashmir from world leaders speaks volume of success of Pakistan policy.
He said the Prime Minister took a bold and courageous stand on Kashmir in the UN General Assembly. He said India was trying to isolate Pakistan at international level but could not succeed in its nefarious designs. Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that Nawaz Sharif had turned the country on the path of progress and prosperity which is also being lauded by international institutions.
Referring to recently held Heart of Asia Conference at Indian city of Amritsar, the AJK Prime Minister India has failed in its evil designs to defame Pakistan because of the well planned strategy of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He said none of the 28 participated in the conference except Afghanistan supported the Indian stance. The influential countries of the region including China, Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and other Asian countries supported Pakistan’s stance. Raja Farooq Haider Khan said PML-N government under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has put the country on the path of economic prosperity, which he said, is being acknowledged and appreciated by credible global institutions.
He said India is targeting civil population of Azad Kashmir from across the Line of Control in a bid to divert world attention from the situation in Occupied Valley, but will fail in this regard too. He said that federal government announced a relief package for the victims and affectees of Indian shelling and released the funds.
