KARACHI :Â Efforts are still on to trace body of seven-year-old kid, who drowned in Gujjar Nullah yesterday.
Seven-year-old boy, on his way back to home from school, fell into the Gujjar Nullah due to slippery track located in the Karachi’s Gulberg area on Friday.
Despite span of more than 24 hours, rescue workers have not arrived yet to initiatesearch operation.
Earlier, heirs of child, accompanied by locals and Edhi volunteers, immediately initiated search operation but it was already dark by then. They soon gave up efforts on grounds that it was difficult to carry on rescue efforts in absence of suitable light.
