Bannu: Ban has been imposed on the collection of sacrificial animals hide without government permission all over the country including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
Charity organizations and other institutions will have to get permission from the Deputy Commissioner of related District before collecting sacrificial animals hide.
Following the issuance of the statement by Anti-terrorism Department of federal government, the ban has been slapped on the charity organizations and other welfare organizations for collecting sacrificial animals hide in all four provinces including KPK.
It was said in the statement written by the Home Departments of all Provinces to Deputy Commissioners of all Districts that there will be ban on the collection of sacrificial animals hide and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from government will be required to be obtained .
The statement further said that the NOC from government will be required for the collection of sacrificial animals hide by charity organizations or other institutions on the occasion of ‘Eid-ul-Azha’. Therefore, whichever charity organization or other organization want to collect sacrificial animals hide will have to get NOC first that will be issued after the clearance report of special branch and Intelligence Bureau (IB).
