Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Custom intelligence force has foiled a bid to smuggle hundreds and thousands of mobile phones from Benazir international airport.
According to media reports, Custom Intelligence carried out search operation at Benazir Bhutto international airport Rawalpindi and recovered 700 mobile phones from possession of three suspects including a man and two women.
The cost of these recovered phones was more than 20 million.
Custom staff initially declared equipment clear but later on during rechecking , staff seized 700 mobile phones and detained two women and one man.
