ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders on Thursday subjected Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran to severe criticism and demanded accountability from him.
While talking to media outside Supreme Court, Daniyal Aziz said that no action has yet been taken against formation of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) against Imran Khan.
“Imran Khan is a fugitive from ATC. No JIT has yet been formed against him despite requests,†he said.
He asserted that the case of SSP Asmatullah Junejo torture is being distorted through various excuses. Aziz notified that 40-50 people have still not been identified in the case. “Record was summoned from Pemra regarding those unidentified people but only one CD was provided,” he said.
Daniyal Aziz demanded to form a judicial commission or hold a parliamentary inquiry into the case.
Abid Sher Ali also slammed Imran Khan and said that he studied in Oxford by money earned through corruption. “His (Imran Khan) father laid foundation of corruption in Pakistan. Imran Khan is a certified thief. All his properties including Bani Gala have been formed through corruption money,†he said.

Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s children Hussain and Hassan Nawaz counsel Salman Akram Raja is presenting his arguments in the court.
