Mithi: A candle light vigil was held in the front of press club mithi here on Tuesday to pay homage to the martyrs of APS Peshawar.
The function was organized by the journalists,traders and people from different walk of life.
Sushil Malani,Kirshan Sharma,Mama Vishan Thari,Aman Gomani,Saraj Soomro,Deepak Sharma,Nandlal Lohano,Atta Junejo,Partab Meghwar,Sanjay Soni,Kamal Jhota,Arif Shah,Irfan Bajer,Nawaz Qadiri,Amar Sattar,Rizwan H8ngoand notables of the area also attended it.
The people also expressed complete solidarity with the victims, saying that the entire nation stands United against terrorism.
They termed the day of attack as the blackest day in the country history.
The people expressed complete solidirty with the armed forces of Pakistan and pleged to make all out sincere individual and collective efforts to weed out terrorism from the country.
They expressed solidirty with the families of the martyrs besides giving a very strong message that the nation stands United and firm against all evil designs of the enemy.
Political Activist, Divisional President People’s Youth Organization Sushil Malani said that the entire Pakistani nation stands United against terrorism and ready to sacrifice their lives while battling terrorism shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces.
Trader’s Union Leader Kirshan Sharma,Aman Gomani and others while paying rich tributes to the martyrs said that to remember martyred is our national obligation.
The great sacrifice of APS martyred students united the nation against terrorism and extremism and it would not go waste, they added.
They claimed that after the APS Peshawar tragic incident, peace is being restored in the country and terrorist elements would never succeed in their nefarious designs, they added.
