MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) The Chief Justice Azad Jammu and Kashmir Justice Ch. Ibrahim Zia has approved leave for 15 days in favour of judicial officers posted in the chilly mountainous areas of the State.
A press release of the Supreme Court says these officials include Noreen Latif civil judge Athmuqam, Raja Muhammad Yousuf Haroon Additional District and Session Judge, family judge district Poonch Rawalakot, Syed Burhan Haider Gardezi civil judge court No.1 Rawalakot, Muhammad Shakeel Khan additional district and session judge and family judge district Haveli (Kahuta) effective from Jan 16 to 30.
The PR adds that in their absence Ch. Muhammad Aslam senior 16 (Recess), Rukhsat Raees civil judge Athmuqam, Sardar Ghazanfar Khan additional district and session judge Rawalakot, Muhammad Shabbir senior civil judge Rawalakot and Zafar Mehmood senior civil judge Haveli vacation judge would discharge duties.
Meanwhile the chief justice AJK HC has approved extension of adhoc appointments as civil judge (B-17) of Shahzad Anwar(28-01-2019) and Amjad Hussain (11-12-2018) at the expiry of their adhoc appointments as per rules and regulations
