Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) The prisoners of Central Jail Muzaffarabad have threatened to go on indefinite hunger strike if mentally unsound prisoner is not shifted to another jail or hospital. According to detail one of the inmates of prison namely Muhammad Arif who has been convicted on charges of murder has gone made and he routinely calling names to others prisoners. On Sunday the same prisoner went on berserk and hurled abuses on other prisoners. The prisoners in writing informed the jail administration and Deputy Commissioner of Muzaffarabad to shift the insane prisoner to other jail or hospital. They threatened that if administration fails to take notice the prisoners will go on hunger strike.
