Kotli: (Parliament Times) AJ&K Minister for Revenue Sardar Farooq Sakindar has paid homage to the spiritual services of Pir Syed Mushtaq Ahmed who passed away on Thursday here at village Sarda near Kotli.
Thousands of his followers, dignitaries, general public, civil servants ,students, traders and businessmen attended his funeral prayers at Sikandar Hayyat Sports Stadium.
Earlier addressing the condolences reference AJK minister for Revenue Sardar Farooq Sikandar said that Pir Syed Mushtaq Ahmed dedicated his full life for promotion and services to the religion and led his life with very simplicity.
Meanwhile prime minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan and former prime minister Sardar Sakindar Hayyat Khan in their condolences messages paid rich tributes to services of Pir Syed Mushtaq Ahmed for needy and vulnerable segment of the society.They termed the death of the spiritual personality a great loss to his followers and the locality.
They prayed may Allah rest his soul in peace.
