Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times): Javed Badhanvi, the Minister of Rehabilitation of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, has said that there is an urgent need for the full cooperation of the 12 members of the Assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir for the problems of refugees.
All the members of the assembly will have to find the reasons why the problems of the refugees have not been solved for the past several decades. The proposals and support of the members of the assembly are needed to remove the defects created in the government of the previous period and to resettle the refugees. The suggestions of all the assembly members will be presented to Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Anwar Haq and efforts will be made to solve them. Purchase of land for colonies, and legislation to remove obstacles in the way of domiciled persons, if necessary, will also be done. For this, media representatives have also been consulted. they will compile all the proposals and present them to the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Ch. Anwarul Haq and solve them. I will immediately formulate proposals and present these ideas. He expressed these views during the consultation with the migrant members of the assembly and ministers organized by the rehabilitation department.
Senior Member Board of Revenue Dr. Liaqat Hussain, Ministers Chaudhry Akbar Ibrahim, Raja Muhammad Siddiq, Muhammad Akmal Sargala, Javed Butt, Asim Sharif Butt, Deputy Speaker Chaudhry Riaz Ahmad Gujjar, Members of Assembly Chaudhry Muhammad Ismail Gujjar, Hafiz Hamid Raza, Commissioner Rehabilitation Sardar Khalid Mahmood, Director General Rehabilitation Raja Farooq and other media representatives presented their suggestions in the meeting.
Javed Badhanvi issued urgent orders to provide and solve the suggestions of the 1989 refugees, SMBR, and the Commissioner of Rehabilitation, regarding the purchase of colony land and issuance of domicile in consultation with the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir.
Ministers and MLAs have been assured to solve other problems. The Commissioner of Rehabilitation gave a briefing and SMBR assured to solve the problems.
