Rawalpindi, ( Parliament Times): Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Health and Population Welfare Punjab Dr. Jamal Nasir said that all-out resources are being utilized to complete the development work in Holy Family Hospital within the stipulated period. We are grateful to the Chief Minister Punjab for approving the revamping and renovation of the city’s major hospital. He expressed these views while talking on the occasion of his visit to Holy Family Hospital. According to the details, Provincial Minister Dr. Jamal Nasir made a detailed visit to Holy Family Hospital and inspected the ongoing construction work there.
Speaking on the occasion, Provincial Minister Dr. Jamal Nasir said that he has visited Holy Family Hospital on the special directions of Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi. All the resources are being utilized to complete the development work in the Holy Family Hospital within the stipulated period. We are grateful to the Chief Minister Punjab for sanctioning the revamping and renovation of the city’s major hospital. He said that the purpose of the visit is to review the speed and quality of the development work. About 83% of the work of the old block in the hospital has been completed. Basement work in Old Block is also 65% complete. By January 31, most part of the hospital will be open for treatment.
The work of the new block of the hospital has also been completed 60 percent. Orders have been issued to speed up the revamping and renovation work. 600 laborers are working in different shifts. 1500 million rupees have been approved by the Planning and Development Board.
