QUETTA:, (Parliament Times) Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri has expressed regret over the recent situation in the country and said that the prosperity and development of Pakistan depends on moderate and serious attitudes.
According to the constitution and the law, no citizen is allowed to spread mischief and chaos. She said
that no class has the right to burn, surround or damage property, like state and government facilities.
They harmed the people and government and public property and non-political attitudes were
expressed, we strongly condemn such attitudes. The forces of Pakistan are the guarantors of the
security of the country and insulting them is unacceptable. Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri said in her
statement that allegations from PTI against Pakistan Army for shirking and avoiding cases is a very
serious crime and legal action should be taken against those who are making baseless and fabricated
allegations.
She said that the entire nation knows that the Pakistan Army is the absolute truth of the integrity of
Pakistan and the love and passion of this organization for the country cannot be compared. I condemn
formulating fabricated stories against national institutions especially Pakistan Army by a group with
negative thinking is anti-national, the aim of which is to spoil the image of Pakistan forces among the
people, which the patriotic people of Pakistan have totally rejected and this abominable adventure will
not be accepted under any circumstances.
Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri further said that no one is above the law in a civilized society. All citizens
are equally obliged to follow the constitution and law. If someone is accused and there is a case against
him, he should face the case through the court. What is the way to avoid arrest put in the chaos whole
country? She further said that the observance and respect of the constitution and the law is mandatory
for every citizen. The rebel elements and the people who spread sedition and disorder will be brought
under the legal sphere and the supremacy of the constitution and the law will be ensured in every case.
She said that the way a culture dependent on immorality and bad language was promoted, the result is
in front of us in the recent riots. She said that the behind-the-scenes elements behind the hateful and
provocative incidents against the army were immediately arrested and brought to justice as part of a
well-thought-out plan to spread disorder and mischief in the country and if they are found guilty, they
should be punished in such a way that they become a lesson because those who are guilty of damaging
national security institutions, government properties and people's personal property do not deserve any exemption.
She further said that those who planned to spread arson and riots, inciting the people to mischief and
the mischievous elements behind them should be prosecuted in the anti-terrorism courts in accordance
with the law and the constitution and the reason for the recent sedition and distraction. While doing
this, every possible effort should be made for national security and unity and prosperity of the people.
