Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : Female Member Tahsil Council 45-year-old Rabia Bibi, was stabbed to death after entering her house late at night. He saved his life by locking the room, the alleged accused Hamza escaped from the spot. According to Haripur police, the reason for the murder was that the accused and the victim had a bitter argument a few days ago. Numan, the son of the deceased, told the police that the alleged accused Hamza, son of Zahoor Elahi, knocked on his door at around 3:30 on Saturday night. He came in and stabbed my mother to death and later seriously injured my younger brother Fahd, fifteen years old, while I locked myself in the room to save my life and reported to the police. It should be clear that the deceased Rabia Bibi was elected as a female councilor from the Central Jail area and later as a member of the Tehsil Council in the municipal election held on 19 December 2021.
