Earlier, I mentioned that organized mafias have almost hi-jacked the country due to non-establishment of the writ of law, non- implementation of rule, lawlessness and alleged injustice which resultantly, both state institutions and people of Pakistan were being controlled by mafias. Intelligence Bureau is one of the supreme security agency under it’s Chief Major (Retd) Masood Sharif developed great reputation throughout the country with reference to Karachi Operation conducted in 1992. Unfortunately, a few property tycoons within the organization under the umbrella of IB Employees Cooperative Housing Society badly damaged remarkable reputation of the civil spoy agency and it’s corrupt elements deliberately converted well knowned organizations into real estate.
It is mentioned here that the employees of said organization who were also office bearers of said housing society not only occupied their department but also put their professionalism into business and earned billions of rupees led by their General Secretary Shujatullah Qureshi. His team comprising of Bilal Riaz Burki, Awais Ayub, Sajjad Hameed Satti Muhammad Zaheer, Sheikh Shahid, Haji Mukhtar, Muddaser Zia, Masood Ahmed Janjua, Muhammad Najeeb Ilai Malik, Shadab Inspector, Mohsin Shezad, Rana Tauseef, Baber Qureshi, Tabusum-ur-Rehman, Muhammad Yaqoob, Nadeem Ahmed, Asim Jamil and many others. The serving officers like Bilal Riaz Burki, Muhammad Zaheer, Shujatullah Qureshi etc run their businesses through their frontmen Bahadur Khan (owner of Capital Builders) Umer Maqbool (private) Aftab Ahmed, Nisar Ahmed and others (employees) whereas, Sajjad Hameed Satti, Muhammad Zaheer, Masood Janjua Muddaser Zia, Qaiser Mahmood etc were running their business through their relatives including Fauzia Sajjad Satti, Noman Zaheer, Umer Maqbool, Robina Bibi, Bushra Sarwer, Aysia Zia and others by establishing companies as mentioned earlier. All the above said officers / employees associated with Gulberg Green or IBECHS involved in rampant corruption in society and none of state investigative agencies could initiate inquiries against this organized mafia so far. Management of Gulberg Green who simultaneously occupied Intelligence Bureau and it’s society since two decades had recently launched blocks in the name if F& E extention and collected billions of rupees from allotees / investors without land due to which thousands of affectees come up on the roads and blocked Islamabad Expressway near Gulberg flyover. Authorized dealers of Gulberg Green fraudulently collected billions of rupees from innocent citizen under the nose of Gulberg Management whereas many affectees lodged cases FIRs in different Police Stations but both affectees and news reporters were still being pressurized through different means I being a responsible journalist has constantly been exposing said mafia although this mafia harrassed me through various means but I don’t care.
NAB hit Ex DG IB Dr. Suleman Khan who also known as king of corruption owns various kanal land in Gulberg Green victimized my husband Jamil Qureshi through his frontmen Amer Mujahid Khan, Bilal Burki, Awais Ayub, Umair Ahmed Khan and Ali Muhammad Bukhari. On the behest of corrupt Dr Suleman his frontmen harrassed my husband and during a fake departmental inquiry threatened him of dire consequences through unknown phone calls and subsequently threatened to lodge a case FIR against us under Special Secret Act. The above officers also hired people of Sufi Ishaq network who was convicted under 295A and 295C from Session Court Jhelum. Even, the IB officers convinced the said people to address applications to DIG Operation, DC Islamabad, DG IB, Joint Director General IB, Regional Head GB and AJK IB, SP, Islamabad , DG FIA and PM Citizen Portal against my husband Jamil Qureshi.
Grand agitation movement of affectees near Noor Khan Airport was an unfortunate happen which exposed IB land mafia and it was also a reflection of injustice on the part of IB officials as well as Gulberg Management. PM Pakistan, CJP COAS may look into serious matter as the investigative state institutions including NAB and FIA remained failed to initiate action against strong mafia.
