Pakistan poverty rate is 24. 3 percentage and Balochistan is it’s poorest province. Balochistan poverty rate which is 42.2 percentage. Additionally, Per Capita gross regional product (GRP) has increased for all provinces. It is surprising, Except for Balochistan, Since , 1999-2000, Balochistan has fallen from second place to last place among the country’s provinces’ . As it is reported 7 percent decrease in it’s real per capita. In fact , if we over glance to educational system of Baluchistan. it is very low. ” There are 32? children aged 5 – 16 years who are currently out of school; Highest percentage of out of school children in Baluchistan are 47 percentage” reported by Pakistan Bureau in 2021. The Province Baluchistan is being suffered by a lots of things. Baloch are deprived from their Basic rights though Pakistan is trying a lot To make the problems solve. In one way state is giving them promises of schools and colleges’ hospitals’ or jobs’ which are their rights. The Government shall remember, it is not a favoring rather it is state responsibility. To give the rights and even give equality to each provinces’A lots of people say , The tragedy which occurred in karachi University on 26 April, Pakistan is comprehensively responsible for it. Because Pakistan state is failed to give their rights of Baluchistan. Therefore BLA organization is doing such attack in order to Pakistan realize have glance over Baluchistan. A part from this, The mistake which happened in 1970 where the Bangladesh got separated in 1971. The reason were same as they were deprived. and this thing made them separated to Pakistan. Pakistan shall take the responsibilities. The current leaders have to solve the Botheration. Since , It is never too late.
