RAWALPINDI, (Parliament Times) :On 2 April 2022, President of ACA & SKLCWS Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera visited the lost spring at Mureedpora new colony near Pukher (Spring) which falls adjacent to Aali Masjid. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera felt disheartened to see it’s poor conditions. This spring served to locals nearby as an only source of water. It was ever used to perform ablutions but at current it is contaminated and has lost it’s color. It won’t be wrong to say that it’s water has turned into poison. People living around it compliant that they suffer a number of hardships during summers because of it’s stinky smell that comes from it due to which they can’t eat or drink things at homes comfortably but have to cover their noses and also suffer dengue and malaria because of mosquitoes hovering over it and visiting their homes. Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera voluntarily visited this spot today after being called continuously to come to this spot and have a look at it himself so that he may further take this issue to higher authorities so that they may take any action ASAP.
