ISLAMABAD,  (Parliament Times) : The people of Azad Kashmir are trapped in a quagmire. In Azad Kashmir, issues like fuel adjustment on electricity bills, flour subsidy and shifting of accounts from post offices to Pakistan have taken a toll on the lives of the people. These views were expressed by Kamran Bashir Gorsi, former candidate for Assembly Assembly, LA-19, Constituency 2, Hajira Trarakhal, in a telephone conversation with Malik Ilyas, Chairman, Public Action Committee, Tehsil Hajira. He said that he fully supported the movement of the Public Action Committee against the people’s problems as there were legitimate demands of the Public Action Committee which would alleviate the problems of the people. During the telephone conversation, Malik Ilias said that the ruling class is not listening. Therefore, the Public Action Committee has launched an organized movement against the oppression and abuse of the people. For which the people are in pain. People of all schools of thought are requested to support this movement. Kamran Bashir Gorsi said that the main purpose of our entry into politics is to liberate the people of our constituency from the clutches of the masses.
That is why we support every step that leads to the betterment of the people. Kamran Bashir Gorsi assured Malik Ilyas that we stand by him till the solution of these basic issues. He said that we are trying our best to do our part to alleviate the problems of the people of the constituency. We have started work in countless places for basic water and roads for the people. And inshallah if the people of the constituency give a chance then the basic problems of the constituency will be solved on priority basis.
