Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan where there is lack of security and the native if Balochistan are facing manifold problem . firstly,to find security management we have to identify a threat because without a threat we cannot fully understand the task. Not only but also,the management section of any organization must start all the top of security director down. Additionally,the reason changes is due to technology,threats, resources and other areas under the security umbrella needing for protection of the risdence of Balochistan. point often overlooked,the world is changing due to security in 21st century is challenging for any career but Balochistan is standing in that corner of the world where progressing is under zero . Accordingly , security is for protection from resilience against , potential harm caused by others.Although this may be true,the thing that usually differs with security management is the other corporate the management section.If we give the example of Balochistan security where Balochistani lives , properties and etc are not save.It is my kindness request to the government of Balochistan to provide security and little bit think about Balochistani public where they are in hot water.
