The state-of-the-art 100-bed hospital in Tattapani, the college and administrative unit in Goi, the sewerage system in Kotli, the establishment of a municipal committee in Tattapani, and the long-standing demand of employees, Notification issued on 1st February, Sardar Sikandar Hayat Sports Stadium inaugurated in just five months before the Prime Minister’s special attention on the 17-year-old project.
The Prime Minister made his political opponents “clean bold” in January, the first month of the year, and “succeeded” in sending a message to the people of District Kotli that his government is a “people’s” government and he does not just make promises rather takes “practical steps”. Some political pundits who thought that Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi was not fit to run for the PM’s job and would fail to run the government system are now forced to think that Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi is on the right track at the moment. He has strengthened his “grip” on the government.
On the other hand, the development budget of Rs. 500 billion if given by the federation to the independent government, And if this money is honestly spent on projects, then the whole of Azad Kashmir can become a “paradise”.
