Unemployment rates hike anywhere as a debarred to prosperity. It is intrinsically poor economic of a country. Over the years, Pakistan has been victimized by this ruthless issue. Undoubtedly, it becomes a complicated issue that can convert affluent communities into marginalized societies. As the rate of unemployment increases definitely, the economy would decrease. In Pakistan, needless to say, that the educated class is more than thrice jobless as compared to the uneducated class. And the ratio of unemployment is higher than last 13 years. As, the Institute of Policy Reform ( INR) report of 2014_2015,” the unemployment rate is 6.5”. surely this marks various impacts such as financial, social, moral, and psychological disorders to those literate class. Unemployment is a contagious disease That has direct effects on the human psyche. As a result, most of the literate and graduate degree holders are compelled to do petty crimes as suicide attacks, robberies, adultery so on forth. Though, Pakistan is rich in natural resources yet poor by its management. As, Daron Acemoglu and James A. Robinson said in their book, “ Why the Nations fail” that the nation cannot be prosperous by its climate, natural resources, borders, geography but by utilizing inclusive political and economic institutions that bestowed equal rights even opportunities to people. The inclusive institutions ensure freedom of expression, job securities, prosperity, equal distribution of resources, and inclusion of the people in democracy and governance. In addition, unemployment would raise other social evils such as terrorism, child labor, child abuse, corruption, and extra. This does backlash to social, moral, political, financial, and national institutions. The vigorous and flawed unemployment jeopardized the innovative and technical sectors of the country. Slowly and gradually, the county’s economy would be on the brink of collapse. The fundamental issue gets birth on behalf of the bad governance, poor policies pillaged merit and extractives institutions that causes not only unemployment but also casteism even perish of youths career. Some degree holders burn their dreams, some did suicide attacks, and few have joined flawed organizations. The jobs ratio n Pakistan is on the verge of collapse that is how, because of worse governance and weak policies over education and job opportunities. Hence, unemployment increases social evils and condemned the economy of the country. And the one who has Trump’s card please solve this crucial issue as far as, the prosperity of the country. Even there should be merit basis recruitment rather than using political or powerful sources.
