MIRPUR (AJK), (Parliament Times) : Lambasting New Delhi and her occupational forces in the bleeding Indian Illegally occupied Jammu Kashmir State for letting loose the reign of state terrorism and violence against the innocent Kashmiris, the Jammu & Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman Altaf Bhat Monday revealed that the Indian government and her puppet occupied State administration has brazenly detained over 1300 innocent Kashmiris following the civilian killings.

In a detailed dispatch released to the media here on Monday Bhutt, originally hailing from the IIOJK valley, also an illustrious Social Activist and Philanthropist revealed that the Indian occupational forces in internationally-acknowledged Jammu and Kashmir has started a major crackdown to increase mental trauma of common Kashmiri.

Altaf Hussain Bhatt continued as saying “Since very long people in Kashmir are suffering from different sorts of mental trauma from Indian agencies but after abrogation of Article 370 and 35A, the pace of traumatizing Kashmiri people has been increasing rapidly. BJP led Government has vasted and widened its scope of terror in Kashmir. Following the civilian killings, more than 1300 people have been detained in Kashmir. And the process of calling for questioning to investigation Centres & police station is still continue.

The Kashmir Walla has reported that among 1000 people detained, mostly have affiliation with the banned Jamaat-e-Islami and Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Apart from these two organizations many other people who have sympathy with Kashmir cause including ex-Mujahideen have also been arrested by labeling them as Stone pelters and Over Ground Workers (OGW’s).

According to the police report, a total number of 28 civilian have been killed in 2021. Out of these 28 , five persons belong to local Hindu and Sikh communities and two persons are non-local Hindu laborers, while 21 are Muslims.

There is one thing clear from Indian side that they have raised hue and cry on the killings of non Muslims irresponsible of the fact that the figures of Muslims killings are very large. The are actually working on creating a Hindu narrative and hatred towards Kashmiri freedom struggle. Raising the issue with such importance clearly depicts the stand for Kashmiri people as well as Kashmiri struggle.

In the meantime, a new group called The Resistance Front has claimed responsibility for the act, still government agencies are on hunt to create more terror and threat among common people of Kashmir.

‘On October, 7, the Resistance Front released a statement claiming that the murdered individual were not targeted based on faith, but because of they were government informants.’ Reported by Vice World NewsContrary to it, the Indian government has started large hunt to arrest the innocents of Kashmir particularly youth, which has created fear and threat in whole valley.

“That’s the nature of the conflict here”, a journalist in Jammu and Kashmir to Vice World News on condition of anonymity. “There’s so much uncertainty- first those innocent Kashmiri killings happened. And now, innocent Kashmiris will have to face the repercussions of those killings.”

Kashmir valley has been made a place of uncertainty by Indian occupation. The constant fear has created vast gap in Kashmir. People are being threatened by Indian security agencies. They have created jungle law in Kashmir. With increasing its restrictions in valley, Indian government has increased fear and terror to suppress and subjugate people of Kashmir.

Apart from Jamaat-e-Islami, Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, journalist and teachers have also been detained in Kashmir. In Kashmir’s Anantnag district, Salman Shah,30, editor of online magazine-Kashmir First and Suhail Dar 21, a freelance journalist have been detained, while family members requested and pleaded before police to let them know about the allegations but were not heeded.

Another Srinagar-based photojournalist Mukhtar Zahoor 27, was detained in a midnight raid from his residence in Dalgate, who works as a stringer with the BBC. Police has took his camera and phone and scattered all his things in his room. As per report of The Kashmir Walla, the National Investigation Agency (NIA), who are part of the investigation into the murder of school principal Supinder Kour and Teacher Deepak Chand, have summoned over 40 government Teachers. Teaching community has also became prey of government sponsored hunt.

Indian authorities have intensified crackdown across the Kashmir valley and are captivating innocent civilians, targeting particularly youth, they are being questioned and kept in detention. Level of terror has been increasingly intensified for those people who were jailed after post Burhan Wani uprising. Maximum of them were arrested on first instance following the civilian killings.

Indian authorities has crossed all of its limits by intensifying occupation in Kashmir. People didn’t dare to ask a question to World Communities on their silence as media- social and print is under complete surveillance of Indian agencies. Whosoever posts or speaks against brutality of India, finds himself in dark cell in next moment.

Union of India claiming World’s largest democracy has murdered all fundamental rights in Jammu and Kashmir. Due to harsh laws, lawyers and other professionals have been threatened to keep mum. By imposing draconian laws like Public Safety Act (PSA) and Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) most of the organizations and media outlets have closed their chapters as maximum of them have had been called for questioning by police which has created fear and threat among them.

Kashmiri youth is on target of Indian agencies which uses different methods to suppress them, which is totally unacceptable and intolerable”, the JKSM Chief concluded.
