MUZAFFARABAD,(Parliament Times):Â Former President of Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Chaudhry Latif Akbar has said that the arrest of PPP Azad Kashmir President and Member Legislative Assembly Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin is the result of retaliation.
The government has resorted to clever tactics to avenge the defeat in the Chirhoi, which will never intimidate the PPP. PPP workers are not afraid to go to jails and will follow in the footsteps of their leadership and fight these fascist tactics. He was talking to media persons yesterday. Chaudhry Latif Akbar said that it has been clarified that according to their information, the raw challan did not show that Chaudhry Yasin and his sons were proved in the incident. Chaudhry Yasin was acquitted by a people’s court. Chaudhry Yasin arrested himself out of respect for the judiciary because PPP has always respected the judiciary.
