Manchester : Hundreds of Pro Kashmir and Pro Palestine supporters joined the people’s assembly march through Manchester on 1st day of the Conservative Party’s annual conference.

The march began at Whitworth Park and made its way through the city before finishing at the Manchester Central convention centre.
The protesters were chanting slogans “stop arming India”, “Stop arming Israel”, “End Indian Occupation of Kashmir”, “Stop the killing in Kashmir and Palestine”, “From Kashmir to Palestine Occupation is a Crime” , “Indian Army out out”. Pro Kashmir supporters distributed thousands of pamphlets entitled “Kashmir under Indian siege knocking at World conscience”.
Afzal Khan MP, Shadow Deputy Leader of the House of Commons joined the March and showed his solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and Palestine.

Fahim Kayani President Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK said that it was a great opportunity to raise the Kashmir issue and to expose the atrocities of the Indian army in Kashmir in front of thousands of people who came to protest on various issues of the United Kingdom during the Annual Conservative Party Conference. British people from all backgrounds and ethnicity came to us and showed solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir and carried the placards “End Indian occupation of Kashmir” “Stop killing in Kashmir “ during the March.
Fahim Kayani also said it is the policy of the United Kingdom, that they will not do any trade deal with those countries who are committing human rights violations and violating international law. So this policy must be implemented in regards to India because one million Indian occupation forces have killed more than hundred thousands Kashmiris since 1989 and over 10,000 women have been raped and molested.
PM Boris Johnson was urged that the UK must end all trade deals with India.”

Ian Scott President Birmingham Trade Union Council said that India is world’s second-largest arms importer and we demand that the world must stop selling weapons to India.

Khawajah Muhammad Suleiman, Stuart Richardson, Mufti Fazal Ahmed Qadari , Ch Muhammad Farooq , Bashir Ratvi and Farid uddin Lodhi also condemned Indian brutalise in illegally Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
