ISLAMABAD:   Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the maintainability of the petition filed against forced corona vaccination.

The case came up for hearing in IHC single bench presided over by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani Tuesday.

The petitioner Riaz Hanif Rahi advocate appeared in the court.

The court inquired where the vaccine is being administered forcibly.

The defence counsel replied it has been said that so many restrictions will be imposed on those who are not vaccinated.

The petitioner took the plea the fundamental rights of the people are being affected due to forced vaccination. Vaccinating forcibly runs contrary to human rights and Islamic norms.

The court reserved judgment on the maintainability of the writ after hearing the arguments.
