Muzaffarabad: A protest was observed under the aegis of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir against the so called conference convened by Narendra Modi on Jammu and Kashmir.
Speakers in the protest said that India is making misleading conspiracies to suppress the ongoing independence movement in Jammu and Kashmir
Large number of people were present in the “Leave Kashmir” rally holding banners and placards stated Anti India slogans.
Kashmiri protesters also chanted slogans against the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and Ajit Duval.
While addressing the rally, Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmad Ghazali said that the so-called Kashmir Conference in Delhi was to divert the world’s attention on the ongoing people’s resistance movement against Indian occupation.
He maintained that it was a misleading attempt for concealment of heinous war crimes in IIOJ&K.
Ghazali reiterated that the people of the state know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Ajit Duval are the real culprits of aggression and oppression in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Indian government snatched the special status of Jammu and Kashmir by force”, he added.
Uzair further said that the people of the state have rejected any election administered by India, adding that Elections in the occupied state have never been a demand of the people.
“The Kashmiri people are demanding a free and fair referendum”, he said.
Ghazali said that the Kashmiri people have already rejected the fake conference of Indian rulers and they want the complete withdrawal of the Indian forces from the disputed state of Kashmir.
Vice Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Usman Ali Hashim, Dr. Manzoor, Javed Ahmed Mughal and others were also present on the occasion.
