ISLAMABAD: More 88 casualties were reported and over 4000 people tested positive due to corona virus during the past 24 hours in the country.
According to National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) statistics Saturday, 62238 corona tests were conducted in past 24 hours taking the tally of tests to 1271723.
More 4007 people tested positive bringing the nationwide tally of positive cases to 897468 in the last 24 hours. The nationwide tally of fatalities has reached 20177.
As per province wise detail 300600 people tested positive in Sindh, 333057 in Punjab, 129013 in KP, 80156 in Islamabad, 24413 in Balochistan, 18651 in Azad Kashmir and 5471 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far.
The active cases stand at 63436 in the country while over 4000 patients are stated to be in critical condition.
As per NCOC data, 3712 patients have recovered in one day from corona virus taking the tally of recovered persons to 813855.
