ISLAMABAD: The heads of 3 major component parties of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) have made contacts by telephone following the passage of deadlines on January 31.
PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif and JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman have telephoned Asif Ali Zardari. The two leaders have congratulated Asif Ali Zardari in connection his daughter marriage and expressed good wishes for newly -wed couple.
Sources said the three leaders deliberated over new strategy after the expiry of deadline.
Asif Ali Zardari once again proposed to exercise option of tabling vote of no confidence before launching long march.
He said that the constitutional amendment by the government in connection with Senate polls will not be allowed to be passed at any cost.
Nawaz Sharif has proposed to hold long march in the month of March after Senate polls.
Sources told Online all the proposals will be discussed in the summit meeting of PDM on February 04.
However the three leaders have agreed on becoming more active inside and outside the parliament to give tough time to government.
