ISLAMABAD, (Parliament Times) : PPP member Abdul Qayyum Qamar Advocate has been appointed as the Central Vice President of the party with the approval of President Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Latif Akbar. In this regard, party secretary general Faisal Mumtaz Rathore issued a notification. The party leadership congratulated the new Vice President PPP Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Abdul Qayyum Qamar and hoped that he would devote all his energies in promoting the party’s vision and Bhuttoism with his hard work, dedication and passion. It may be recalled that Abdul Qayyum Qamar has served the people as the President of Kotli District and has been serving the people in Kotli District Council as an administrator in the past tenure of the PPP.
