ABBOTTABAD,(Parliament Times): German Aid for Afghan Children distributed ration among the women, and other deserving families of the remote areas of Abbottabad here on Monday. Country Director German Aid for Afghan Children, Aalam Shahab handed over the food packages to the deserving people during a ceremony.
According to detail, German Aid for Afghan Children distributed ration among more than 300 families affected by coronavirus pandemic in the remote areas of Abbottabad including Pind Kargo Khan and Shairwan. The ration was distributed during a ceremony which was attended by people belonging to different walks of life. The deserving people received the aid in the presence of media during the ceremony.
Speaking at the occasion, Country Director German Aid for Afghan Children, Aalam Shahab said that the organization is firmly standing with the affectees of coronavirus. Islam gives the lesson of humanity. It teaches people to help each other in the time of need. People are currently facing huge financial issues due to spread of coronavirus pandemic. Efforts for serving the humanity will be continued in future as well. President GAAC, Dr. Eros also gives the same message of serving the humanity, he added.
The step of German Aid for Afghan Children hailed at the occasion. Country Director GAAC and Coordinator Nusrat Khan assured that the services for humanity will be continued.
