Bahawalnagar: People in different areas refuse to vaccinate their children during anti-polio drive in Bahawalnagar, attempt to attack polio teams including women.
The FIR has been launched and one person has been arrested.
During the polio campaign in Manchinabad Tehsil of Bahawalnagar, locals in Bonga Baloch and Bhaini Nonariyan refused to vaccinate their children against polio and harassed and tried to attack the anti-polio teams including women.
According to the report of the health department, cases have been registered in Manchinabad police station and Mcleod Ganj police station and one person has been arrested and investigation has been started.
