ISLAMABAD: The commercial plots of new blue area will be auctioned from 15 to 17 July.
The auction will be held in all three days in Jinnah Convention Centre. CDA has issued the advertisements of the commercial plots of new blue area. Earlier , the auction of the commercial plots was planned in April. The date of auction was extended due to corona virus lockdown whereas CDA decided that the auction will be held in July. CDA has taken special steps for the investors who are taking part in this auction.
These steps include formation of special team to facilitate the investors at every step, payment of 1st installment of 25 percent within 30 days of acceptance of bid application, the facility of approval of building plan after 1st installment, starting construction on complete payment, 10 percent discount on lump sum payment , the payment of advance income tax on determined basis, , circulation strip around every plot, 100 percent coverage for plots less than 1000 yards, the 70 to 75 percent ground coverage for plots beyond 1000 yards, spacious public parking , and implementation of new rules and regulations for construction of buildings.
