Multan: The Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid has said that Punjab government is utilizing all its resources to contain coronavirus pandemic across the province.
According to media reports Dr. Yasmin addressing a press conference in Multan on Tuesday said that safety material including N-95 masks, hand sanitizers and chloroquine tablets are being ensured to the doctors, paramedics and other staffers working in the hospitals in the province.
Dr Yasmin said that all the medical facilities for the treatment of coronavirus patients are available at Multan’s Nishtar Hospital, not a single ventilator of Nishtar Hospital has been sent to any other place.
Punjab Health Minister said that among 27 doctors of Nishtar Hospital who tested positive, twenty-six doctors have declared negative which is satisfactory news.
Dr Yasmin further pledged to conduct coronavirus tests of 3,800 doctors and paramedical staff.
