ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed on September 18 appeal plea of former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif for hearing against his conviction in Al-Azizia reference.
A two members bench of IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani will hear the case.
According to media reports paper books have been prepared in respect of appeal plea of former PM Nawaz Sharif against his conviction in Al-Azizia reference.
NAB has obtained set of paper books related to Nawaz Sharif appeal plea from registrar office . NAB has also obtained attested copies of affidavit in respect of Judge Arshid Malik.
Counsels for Nawaz Sharif have not collected paper books from registrar office. Lack of preparation of paper books was a hurdle on the way to further proceedings of the case.
