ISLAMABAD:    Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry was critical of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government’s decision to celebrate Eid on June 4, terming it an “embarrassment.”
The KP government made the announcement to celebrate Eid today (June 4) after taking into account testimonies of moon sighting from all over the province, according to provincial Information Minister Shaukat Yousafzai.
The minister said that the government received a number of testimonies for Shawwal moon sighting from the erstwhile Federal Administrative Tribal Areas (FATA).

Following the announcement of celebrating Eid officially by KP government he expressed his displeasure through various twitters saying“ dont worry, it took 200 years to make them understand that printing press is not forbidden nor train journey and use of loudspeaker are kuffir. This subject has just started , a longer period is not required.

In another tweet he said a case of lying should be registered against all of them. It is misleading thing.
