RAWALPINDI: Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has prepared a beautiful tree plantation cultural float to beautify and promote tree plantation in Rawalpindi city.
Tree plantation campaign will be launched through this float from door to door and street to street in Rawalpindi from February 20.
Leading singers and artists including Ibrar ul Haq will present cultural items and songs on float. Artists from Potohar region will also be part of this float.
Students, traders, social workers and elected representatives of people will also accompany the float and will provide float tree from home to home free of cost. Record number flowers, vegetables and saplings will be planted at empty spaces and parks.
