Islamabad: Planning and strategy for the extension of Polyclinic hospital has been completed on orders of the apex court.
In the first phase, 5- storey building will be constructed while number of beds for the patients will be increased to 1100.
Under PC -1, two basements and other constructions will be made.
However, in the second phase, old building of Polyclinic will be renewed.
It is vital to mention here that due to stay order by the Islamabad High Court the matter of the extension of Polyclinic hospital was stopped since the last 6 years while half part of Argentine Park will be used in the extension of Polyclinic Hospital.
