ISLAMABAD: Mobile challan system has been started by Islamabad police on wrong parking by the citizens.
Mobile challans were issued in respect of dozens of people in Blue area and other areas for wrong parking.
According to the mobile challan system, traffic police obtain number of identity card and mobile phone number from citizen. When message is received from Traffic Challan Toll Number then the citizen makes payment and vehicle is handed over to the citizen.
