ISLAMABAD: CDA has issued notice to the citizens of federal capital to eliminate encroachments within 3 days otherwise its respective staff will demolish the encroachments and illegal constructions.
The notice has been issued by Director Enforcement stating that owners of residential buildings, high rise, commercial and industrial buildings, institutional buildings and state institutions have erected encroachments on CDA land These encroachments include foot path, road, barbed wire around buildings, car parking, construction of shade, security arrangements and construction of lawn and orchard.
The notice said that the citizens have been informed in this respect several times and now they are being informed finally that they should remove the encroachments within three days otherwise exparte action will be initiated and CDA will not be responsible for any loss.
