848250 children to be administered polio drops during Dec 10-14 polio campaign

RAWALPINDI: Polio drive is going to commence from December 10 in Rawalpindi which will conclude on December 14.
Health department Rawalpindi has set target of administering polio drops to 848250 children below 5 years during the campaign.
The arrangements have been finalized in this regard and 221 UCMOs and 496 area in -charges have been appointed. As many as 2333 mobile teams have been set up. 287 fixed points and 119 transit points have been established .
Assistant Commissioners and health officers will monitor the polio campaign. Security arrangements have also been made for polio teams.
