Islamabad: (Parliament Times) Helix Pharma is partnering with Torque Pharmaceutical, a leading Pharmaceutical company, to launch an interactive education initiative HYLOT (Helix Young Leaders of Tomorrow) for the young generation, helping them develop leadership skills and mentor them to be socially responsible young leaders of tomorrow.
This 4 month training program will provide specific training to polish the interpersonal skills of participants aged between 15-19 years to shape their careers. Training sessions will be delivered by Waqar Ali and Maalik Khaskhely, experienced trainers of School of Leadership in Karachi.
HYLOT training program has been divided into four modules and each module will be 8hrs in duration. The module includes the following sessions: Confidence and Communication, Creativity and Community, Values and Leadership, and Dreams and Career.
Naveed Nawazish Ali Hakim, COO of Helix Pharma said “We are deeply committed to helping these young children find a pathway to success by providing them the required training.
