ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has granted plea of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) worker Gullalai Ismail to give her more time.
A single bench of IHC led by Justice Athar Minallah took up the case for hearing on Monday.
At the inception of hearing Attiq Suleman advocate counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court.
The counsel for petitioner prayed the court to give him more time for filing additional documents.
The court while accepting his plea adjourned the hearing of the case till October 30.
It merits mention here that female worker of PTM was arrested on her return to Pakistan on October 12, 2018. Later she was released after protest was voiced.
She approached IHC following placement of her name in ECL and she made director general FIA, Passport and Immigration and ECL section of ministry of interior respondents in her petition.
She has prayed the court to nullify the orders for placement of her name in ECL and return her passport.
